The Korn School Feasibility Assessment Committee has been meeting to determine the feasibility and cost of renovations to use the former elementary building as a community center.
The Korn School Feasibility Assessment Committee failed to keep proper minutes and to file the same with the Town Clerk for the meetings held on July 5, 2018, July 19, 2018, July 26, 2018, August 9, 2018, August 23, 2018, August 30, 2018, November 1, 2018 and November 8, 2018. Such failures constitute a violation of the requirements of CGS 1-225 of the Freedom of Information Act. The Town of Durham apologizes for any inconvenience or problems that resulted from this failure. The Town of Durham will endeavor to avoid any such lapses in the future.
