Regional School District #13 Serving the towns of Durham and Middlefield Per CGS Sec. 10-46(d)The last reapportionment passed at referendum on June 18, 2002. Town Charter, Section 6-1, Section 10-39 to 10-63 and additional appropriate statutes of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut.
Regional Board of Education shall have all the powers and duties conferred upon boards of education by the CT General Statutes.
