Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Durham that the total Supplemental Motor Vehicle tax and the second half of Real Estate and Personal Property taxes on the Grand List of 2023 are due and payable to the Town of Durham on January 1, 2025.
No bill is sent for the 2nd installment of Real Estate.

P.O. Box 428, Durham, CT 06422.
If not paid by Monday, February 3, 2025, these taxes will be considered delinquent and interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month from the due date, with a minimum interest charge of $2.00.
Note: Feb. 4th payments will be charged a 3% penalty. (for Jan. & Feb.)

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm.
Additional hours for this collection period: Saturday, January 25, 2025 - 10:00am-noon. After-hours appointments upon request.
