Minor party and unaffiliated electors may apply for Unaffiliated Justice of the Peace between August 1, 2024 and November 1, 2024
Incumbent JPs who reapply shall be reappointed. If there are more applications than openings, a lottery will be held and applicants will be put on a list to fill vacancies as they occur within the unaffiliated JP office.
