Youth, teens, amateurs, intermediate and professionals from Middlesex and Hartford Counties are all invited to participate. Cash Prizes Awarded! All prizes are determined by a panel of judges with experience in the arts. All Skill Levels Welcome! There is no fee to enter the program.
