To apply for a marriage license, complete the application and bring it to the Town Clerk's Office. Both parties must be present and must show ID.
Note: Birth records are closed records and only available to the following:
Person over 18 (minors not allowed access to their birth records)
Parent
Spouse
Children of person on certificate over 18
Guardian or grandparent if minor
Court Order
Genealogical Societies
Title Examiners
Attorneys
Local director of health or his authorized agent
Chief Executive Officer of municipality or his authorized agent
