Durham’s Boards and Commissions are an essential part of our municipal government. The volunteers that make up our Town’s boards and commissions serve for the betterment of our wonderful community.

Board and Commission meeting during COVID-19 Pandemic:
If circumstances warrant, the meeting may be held entirely or partially by electronic means and specific information regarding participation in such meetings will be provided in advance of the meetings pursuant to state law or applicable executive orders.

Quorum: Boards and commission, without bylaws or stated quorum in the Durham Charter, follow Robert's Rules of Order which states a quorum is a majority of the membership.
REMINDER: ALL MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS:
All members must read the Code of Ethics, then sign the Acknowledgement Form and return it to the Town Clerk’s office.
