7:30 to 4:00 Mon., Wed., & Fri.

What is Permit fee basis?

effective April 6th, 2009, the fee for a building permit shall be twenty dollars ($20.18) per first one thousand dollars of construction cost and twelve dollars ($12.18) per thousand dollars there after.

How many sets of plans required?

Two sets

Is a well required prior to building Permit process?

Yes

What is sequence with other Departments for permit process?

How much lead time for an inspection?

24 hours please

What are the required inspections?

Footing, backfill, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, masonry,

Insulation, electrical service, propane service, pre C/O and Final C/O

Is there an energy code requirement?

Yes, “Res Check”, which is required for all additions and homes. Many insulators can provide this document as well as your designer.

7:30am to 9:00am Mon-Fri. and 3:00pm to 3:30pm Mon-Fri.
